I have been going to Muzi lashes for quite a while now. I started with a simple Groupon and it kept me there for months. She is extremely through and takes her time making sure the end result is always beautiful! I have switched around plenty of times but I will stick with Muzi for sure !
I'm willing to drive a little further to get my lashes done here. Muzi takes her time and I am always pleased with my lashes when I leave. She is a very hard worker and is nice and quiet while doing the lashes. The salon is clean and relaxing. I've been to other places and right now this one is my favorite.
Had my lashes done on Friday afternoon here since it's close to my home. I had 11/12 length put on for a natural look. I'll start with the positives: good price (first time there), clean, quiet setting, they take venmo not so positives: provided little instruction or consultation. Could look at the customers eyes are make recommendations based on eye shape, length etc. No samples of different lash types (mink vs feather) or pictures, illustrations are not a good example of work, of setting types (cat eye vs. natural). I've had a few fall out already and have to brush them up through the day due to poking. I'm also questioning the quality, they don't feel nearly as soft as mink sets I've had before. There's room for improvement and unfortunately, I won't be back and I'll be going back to my usual lash place.
